About the Role
The Office Manager is the organizational heartbeat of Ergotronix. This role touches nearly every part of the business—from customer service and accounting support to shipping, purchasing, and day-to-day operations. No two days are exactly alike. If you enjoy bringing order to busy environments, helping teammates succeed, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations
- Answer phones and welcome customers
- Support customer service and order processing
- Prepare customer invoices and sales orders
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
- Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable
- Maintain records within Sage 50 Quantum
- Support purchasing and inventory transactions
- Order office supplies and coordinate vendors
- Assist leadership with reports, projects, and special initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency

Qualifications
- High integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism
- Relevant experience in office management, bookkeeping, customer support, or similar role
- Experience with Sage 50 Quantum preferred, or the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently delivering accurate and timely work
- Experience improving processes in a small business environment is a plus
- High initiative and a willingness to solve problems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team
- Ability to work on-site in Sarasota, Florida, five days per week
