About the role
The Office Manager oversees the front office operations at The Kidz Club Support Center, including customer service, auditing, phone answering, family correspondence, and assisting with non-nursing tasks for the Site Director of Nursing(s) and Charge Nurse(s).
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on all organizational levels.
- Three years of experience in a previous position and a High School diploma or GED required.
- Graduate from an accredited school of business can substitute for experience.
- Exceptional computer skills with a willingness to learn multiple platforms.
- Experience with Point Click Care, Procare, JazzHR, Prism, TimeCo, and/or the full Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- A current negative Tuberculosis skin test (PPD) is required.
- Current CPR (Basic Life Support) is required.
