Office Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for the supervision and execution of administrative support to Division Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with financial data, division reports and board reports.
- Assists with maintenance of overhead budget and approval of various G&A expenses.
- Assists with program management administration.
- Participates in activities to support the company's strategic planning efforts.
- Provides business development and marketing support.
- Provides secretarial service to Executive Staff.
- Supervises reception staff operation, mailroom activities, office supplies and equipment and general building maintenance.
- Affords assistance in coordinating events, meetings, and assist in travel and meeting coordination.
Minimum Job Requirements
- 5+ years in office management role
- Associates degree or 4+ years related experience
- Construction experience preferred
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
Physical Requirements
- May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
- Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/work day
- Will lift, push or pull objects up to pounds on an occasional basis
- Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day
- Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors
