About the role
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient daily office operations, supporting staff development, and maintaining organized systems within a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing office procedures, managing supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and maintaining policies.
- Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, training, staff guidance, scheduling, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coinciding billing, invoicing, payroll, expense tracking, and ensuring compliance and accurate recordkeeping.
- Managing technology systems, evaluating workflows, and implementing efficiency enhancements.
- Acting as liaison among attorneys, staff, and vendors, and supporting leadership with projects and initiatives.
