Office Manager

The Office Manager at Reliable Robotics is responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and providing a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Key responsibilities include:

1. Greeting guests
2. Cooking and managing kitchen operations
3. Coordinating vendors and services
4. Safeguarding office supplies
5. Supporting team events and employee experience initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in office management, events, or facilities
• Able to coordinate multiple projects and requests effectively and expeditiously
• A love of details, noticing and addressing issues before they become problems
• Demonstrated ability to proactively manage stocked items, special requests, space organization, and maintain positive vendor relationships

Preferred Criteria

• Ability to support a multi-office company including relocations and buildouts
• Experience with space planning tools
• Experience building repeatable processes for scaling operations
• Familiarity with facilities management and/or workplace compliance and safety
• Event planning experience company-wide or large team events
• Experience managing office relocations and building out or managing satellite locations
• Proven ability to create an exceptional workplace experience for employees

Location and Travel

The position is located onsite at our facility in Mountain View, California, with expected weekly travel to our aircraft hangars in San Martin, CA.
