Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain building security by buzzing in visitors and calling appropriate staff to escort them through the building.
- Answer and operate the phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to incoming calls.
- Manage resident trust accounts, track ancillary, transportation, and beauty shop charges, and code and process accounts payable invoices.
- Complete clerical functions of the admissions and HR process, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to the admitting department, including processing paperwork and documents.
- Collaborate with other departmental staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
- $25.00 per hour.
