About the role
The role of Office Manager involves overseeing administrative tasks, managing office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, inventory management, and procurement.
- Manage office supplies and ensure they are replenished in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Manage office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Support HR initiatives by assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an office management role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
