What You Own
Own the day-to-day operations of the practice—nothing falls through the cracks
Drive production, collections, and schedule optimization
Monitor performance daily and take action in real time (not later)
Ensure systems, processes, and workflows are efficient, consistent, and scalable
Team Leadership & Accountability
Lead, coach, and develop your entire team (doctor, front desk, assistants, hygienists)
Hold clear expectations and follow through with accountability
Conduct regular performance conversations and development plans
Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and positivity
Patient Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Ensure every patient interaction reflects the Pearl standard; warm, elevated, and seamless
Oversee scheduling, check-in/out, treatment presentation, and financial coordination
Resolve patient concerns with empathy, confidence, and solutions
Financial Ownership
Understand and own your numbers; production, collections, and expenses
Review reports regularly and take action to improve performance
Manage budgets, billing systems, and financial controls with accuracy and integrity
Staffing & Talent
Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent
Build schedules that maximize productivity and team efficiency
Identify gaps early and proactively solve for them
Problem Solving & Execution
Address clinical and operational issues quickly and effectively
Make decisions with confidence using data, experience, and Pearl standards
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Partnership & Alignment
Partner with the Regional Manager for performance, accountability, and operational support
Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure alignment in patient care and experience
Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Marketing to support practice growth
Benefits And Compensation
Competitive pay. Starting pay $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience (Dental only)
