About the role
Fusion Academy is a 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, dedicated to providing personalized education and creating a welcoming, organized, and inspiring campus environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, professional first impression and ongoing celebrity experience for all visitors.
- Keep campus operations running smoothly — including records, tuition payments, student medications & communications.
- Support events like Graduation, Prom, and Teacher Appreciation Week.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and aesthetically inviting campus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience in administration, education, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A positive, detail-oriented presence that makes others feel supported.
Qualifications
