Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise office staff
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Oversee payroll, cash management, and daily banking
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
- Manage manufacturer accounts, warranty claims, and rebates
- Process new hire and termination paperwork and maintain employee files
- Collaborate with dealership leadership to support business goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years dealership accounting experience required
- Previous experience in office management or as an Assistant Office Manager preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ADP, and CDK
- Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional, team-oriented mindset
