Office Manager
About The Role
The Office Manager serves as the first point of contact and creates a positive, professional first impression for consumers, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for ensuring the office operates efficiently by coordinating communications, scheduling appointments, managing administrative functions, and supporting daily office operations. The Office Manager provides clerical and administrative support to staff while maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) or more years of administrative, clerical, or office management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
- Extensive office management experience may be considered in lieu of higher education
