About the role
Camden Center is a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment center offering comprehensive, multi-disciplinary treatment for psychiatric and addictive disorders. Responsibilities
- Answer phones, transfer calls, and take detailed messages
- Differentiate urgent messages from regular calls
- Handle company credit card and record approved purchases
- Maintain a spending budget and keep within the budget
- Take inventory of office supplies and place orders
- Keep impeccable records of office furniture, art, and furnishings
- Communicate and delegate with repair vendors for necessary repairs
- Compose professional emails with correct grammar and vocabulary
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and good judgment
- Organize patient files and information into Medical Records Database and Google Drive
- Upload documents to the electronic medical record
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas and therapy offices
- Collect samples and prepare urinary analysis screenings for laboratory testing
- Take medication distributions, vitals, and weights
- Supervise and train new team members
- Conduct bi-weekly and/or monthly one-on-one meetings with administrative team
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Ensure company workflows and protocols are followed
- Attend weekly meetings with clinical and administrative leadership
Requirements
- Strong computer and internet research skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Professionalism in all interactions with patients and staff
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, patients, and vendors
- Legal right to work in the United States and provide documentation (2 forms of ID and/or Green Card)
- Ability to sit and stand for up to 4 hours
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, and squat
Supervisory Responsibilities
Assists with supervising administrative assistants. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include recruiting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; managing crises; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Pay and Benefits
Position is 40 hours per week. Pay range is $25.00/hour - $35.00/hour depending on experience. Benefits for full-time employees include medical, paid and sick time off, matching 401(k), holiday pay, and a flexible spending account.
