About the role
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living.Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming
- Monitor patients' health conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Help patients with medication management and administration
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during visits
- Document patient care activities and progress in electronic health records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks in various environments
