Allied National Services, a leading provider of facility maintenance services nationwide, has an exciting career opportunity for a reliable and highly organized Office Manager to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills, and can effectively support both employees and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and operational support for the corporate office.
- Maintain accurate and confidential company and employee files and records.
- Assist Directors and senior management with administrative tasks, projects, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including required documentation, E-Verify, and background checks.
- Assist with employee training, attendance tracking, scheduling, and maintenance of training records.
- Prepare reports, scorecards, and spreadsheets using Excel and company systems.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reporting for senior management, including data analysis and key results.
- Respond to internal and external phone calls, emails, and requests for administrative support.
- Help ensure required company and employee compliance documentation remains accurate and current.
- Build effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and other business partners.
- Identify and help implement improvements to administrative processes and office efficiency.
- Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Comfortable learning and working with multiple technology platforms and company systems.
- Able to remain professional and effective in a fast-paced environment.
