About the role
The Office Manager will oversee all administrative operations and planning for the Study Abroad Office. They will also supervise student assistants, collaborate with technical support staff, and interact with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative operations and office allocation of the Study Abroad Office
- Participate as a member of the outreach team
- Serve as a PPS preparer and timekeeper for Study Abroad student staff
- Compile and analyze data to prepare reports
- Coordinate and execute supply purchasing/distributing, travel/general reimbursements, departmental recharge processes, and occasionally handle cash for all Study Abroad staff and programming
- Maintain budget expenditures, identify spending patterns, and project future expenses
- Provide support to Study Abroad staff (as needed)
- Collaborate in long-range planning for clerical/administrative needs
