JOB SUMMARY
Performs registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, medical records functions to include release of medical records information. Answers telephone inquires. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to proactively identify and respond to the needs of the patients, medical office staff and physicians.
REQUIREMENTS
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
- Requires knowledge of a specialized field
- 1-3 years of experience
