About the role
Communicating with clients and stakeholders, and responding to their inquiries.
Reporting to Management.
Contributing to the organization's strategic planning and first level decision-making process.
Managing priorities and navigating complex interpersonal relationships.
Preparing time to time reports for management for reviewing.
Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
Ensuring that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure goals are met.
Any other task given by management.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
