About the role
Dabri, Inc. is a California-based consulting firm specializing in program and construction management, engineering support, project controls, cost estimating, scheduling, environmental compliance, and QA/QC oversight. Since 2001, we have supported complex public infrastructure and capital improvement programs across education, healthcare, transportation, aviation, and civic facilities. Our team works collaboratively with public agencies and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized project files, records, logs, and document control systems
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, correspondence, and project documentation
- Update and maintain project records in PM Web and other project management systems
- Cover document reviews and distribute comments and responses
- Affiliate with meeting agendas, meeting minutes, action item tracking, and follow-up activities
- Support project managers and construction managers with reporting and project coordination
- Prepare exhibits, presentations, status reports, and project documentation
- Affiliate with construction administration and project closeout activities
- Cover coordination with contractors, designers, stakeholders, and airport personnel
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience with document control, RFIs, submittals, project records, and construction administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Skills
- Familiarity with PM Web or other Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)
- Experience on airport, aviation, transportation, or large public infrastructure projects
- Experience supporting projects valued at $50 million or greater
- Experience with Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, or Design-Build project delivery methods
- Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, PE, AAAE, or similar credentials are desirable
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (DOE)
