Thrives at multi-tasking — you stay sharp when everything is moving at once, clinical and administrativeHandles stress well — busy days don't rattle you, they motivate youAlways on time — punctuality is non-negotiable, every single daySelf-accountable — you own your work without being remindedComfortable with sales — you can have a value conversation without flinchingComfortable with hands-on patient care — injections, vitals, and lab work don't faze you WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE Clinical care Obtain and accurately record patient vitalsAdminister IM injectionsPerform urinalysis, EKGs, phlebotomy, and body composition testingPrepare and manage lab orders and resultsDocument patient progress in the EMR in real time Front desk & scheduling Open the clinic and set the tone — scrub the schedule, prep encounter forms, check supplies, and make sure everything is ready before the first patient walks inCheck patients in, complete assessments, collect payments, and communicate balances in real timeOwn the phones — confirming appointments, calling no-shows, converting new leads into booked visits, and following up on overdue patients every weekKeep the schedule full and tight — reschedule cancellations fast, book midweek injections, and make sure no patient falls through the cracks Sales & patient support Sell injection packages, vitamins, shakes, and supplements by educating patients on what actually moves the needle for their resultsConduct follow-up calls to review progress and address concernsAsk for Google reviews at the right moments — after milestones, great visits, and patient wins Closing out Reconcile payments, count the cash drawer, submit claims, review billing, and make sure tomorrow's schedule is cleanMaintain daily inventory for clinical and office supplies YOU'LL FIT RIGHT IN IF...
