About the Role
As an Office Coordinator I, you will work on a variety of administrative tasks and financial operations functions to support business operations at Telecare’s Stephanie House in Garden Grove, CA — an Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (EBSH). EBSHs are adult residential facilities that provide 24-hour non-medical care in a homelike setting to individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors who require additional supports, staffing, and supervision. The homes offer person-centered planning, positive behavior supports, trauma-informed care, and other specialized services.

- Perform a variety of administrative tasks and financial operations functions to support business operations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of administration experience.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Experienced entering data into computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.
All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Pay
Expected starting wage range is $23.00 - $24.11 per hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges; the assigned range will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Schedule
- Full-Time, AM shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
- Shift differentials for hourly staff: 6% for PM shift, 10% for NOC shift.
- Weekend shift differentials for hourly staff: 5% for Weekend AM shift, 11% for Weekend PM shift, 15% for Weekend NOC shift.
