Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Always exhibits a polite and professional manner.
- Provides a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Addressing inquiries and concerns from visitors and clients in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintaining visitor logs, issuing badges, and ensuring a safe environment.
- Affording various administrative duties to ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Managing supplies and equipment, etc.
- Managing, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
- Maintaining calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and teleconferences.
- Affording assistance with time and attendance tracking.
- Preparing expense reports.
- Providing assistance on special projects.
- Ensuring health and safety guidelines are established and followed.
- Completing required training including safety training.
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Required Education and Experience
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field helpful
- 2 to 5 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other computer applications
