Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our San Diego office.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and guests.
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and notify employees of guest arrivals.
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries.
- Cookout outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and carrier scheduling.
- Maintain inventory levels for office supplies, kitchen supplies, and workplace essentials.
- Support general office organization, events, and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency with standard business applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
