Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of coordination for day-to-day office operations across Saluda Medical’s Minnesota locations.
- Create a welcoming, professional workplace experience for employees, visitors, candidates, vendors, and business partners.
- Manage office operations, budgets, purchasing, facilities coordination, and vendor relationships.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, training activities, and travel logistics.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including complex calendar management and confidential communications.
- Support Board and executive meeting logistics, governance activities, and cross-functional business initiatives.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Sales Training, and leadership teams on special projects and employee engagement efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of office operations, executive administration, or related experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
