Essential Functions
- Answer and manage calls through the ESI (Estech Systems, Inc.) phone system, including taking detailed messages and routing calls to the appropriate department or team member.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the legal team by accurately relaying messages and important updates.
- Perform administrative tasks such as renaming documents, organizing files, and uploading documents into the case management system.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in document handling and file management.
- Aid various departments with special projects as needed.
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, including borrowers, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work independently while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other software systems; demonstrate the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
