About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Cincinnati office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily administrative operations of the Cincinnati office.
- Serve as the primary liaison with building management, property management, and office service vendors.
- Manage incoming mail and distribute or route correspondence to appropriate internal teams.
- Cook up office access, visitor registration, and badge management to ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Schedule and manage office resources, including parking accommodations and shared facilities.
- Maintain office supplies, breakroom inventory, and coordinate replenishment with approved vendors.
- Assist with facilities-related requests, maintenance issues, repairs, and office improvement projects.
- Cook up document shredding, records management, and other office support services.
- Coordinate with facilities to support safety initiatives, emergency preparedness activities, and building communications.
- Aid with invoice processing, lease administration, and other administrative or financial support activities as assigned.
- Support office safety initiatives, emergency preparedness activities, and building communications.
- Assist with special projects, company initiatives, meetings, and events as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, office coordination, facilities support, or a related administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional and positive approach.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
