About the role
The Role: Office Coordinator (Contract)
Location: New York City, NY (Onsite 5 days/week)
Compensation: $27-$34/hour DOE
Industry: Hypergrowth Technology Company
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment for employees and visitors
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Support internal meetings, team events, and office-wide initiatives
- Manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Partner with facilities and building management to address office needs
- Greet guests and assist with conference room coordination
- Serve as a resource for employees by helping resolve day-to-day workplace requests
- Auxiliary administrative and operational projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office coordination, workplace, administrative, hospitality, or operations support
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Friendly, service-oriented, and enjoys creating a positive workplace experience
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
