Office Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and ensure a professional, polished experience from arrival to departure
- Maintain a well-presented and orderly office and facility environment
- Support all departments within the facility with general administrative projects
- Coordinate and place orders for supplies across multiple departments
- Prepare and process AP invoices and administrative documentation
- Liaise with building management and vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Afford assistance with planning and logistics for local events
- Manage budgets, vendor communications, and post-event follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of office administration and/or marketing experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of or passion for interior design is a plus
