Key Responsibilities Office Operations & Employee Support Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, members, and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience Manage day-to-day office operations, including mail, supplies, badge access, and general administrative support Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked office environment, including kitchen and common areas Facilities & Vendor Management Own vendor relationships for office repairs, cleaning services, and facility maintenance, ensuring timely, high-quality execution Coordinate maintenance, servicing, and issue resolution with vendors and building management Events, Catering & Office Experience Own execution of all on-campus events, including annual kickoff meetings, team-building events, board meetings, and weekly in-office business-sponsored lunches Own office catering, snacks, and food programs, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and consistent delivery Own office supply stock and orders as needed Marketing activation Support (In-Office Only) Provide in-office operational support to the marketing activation team for campaigns and events Coordinate logistics, materials, and workspace needs to ensure efficient execution Communication & Coordination Coordinate internal office messaging and visitor-facing communications using front desk and AV systems Partner cross-functionally with HR and other teams to support office priorities including meetings, scheduling, and onboardings Work with IT to support in-office technology, workspace needs, and issue resolution to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Requirements Strong customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and professionalismMaintains a professional presence in physical appearance, written communication, and verbal interactions, with a friendly and service-oriented demeanorExcellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and be self-motivatedProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAssociate's degree required; higher level degree preferred Workplace Environment This job operates 100 % on-site/in office Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pmThis job operates in a professional office environment This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines Physical/ Mental Demands Physical - This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
