Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Corporate Office by welcoming guests, answering incoming calls, coordinating building access, and directing inquiries.
- Cook up day-to-day Corporate Office operations, including mail services, shipping, office supply inventory, vendor relationships, office equipment, and other administrative resources.
- Support the Marketing & Enablement team with onboarding activities, system setup, communications, departmental coordination, and administrative initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to Corporate Office departments and assist with special projects.
- Maintain the accuracy of apartment listings, property specials, office hours, and other marketing information across digital platforms.
- Respond to online reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner to enhance the resident experience and company reputation.
- Afford logistical support for company meetings, trainings, and employee events by preparing meeting spaces.
- Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, common areas, and shared office spaces to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.
General Requirements
- Two to five years of administrative, office coordination, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- A high school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, residents, vendors, and visitors.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
