About The Role

We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to help make our SF office feel like a place people want to show up to every day. This person will be the face of the office: welcoming guests, keeping the space clean and stocked, and closing the loop when things come up. It’s a highly visible role that sits at the center of employees, candidates, guests, and vendors. This role is fully in-office in San Francisco, Monday–Friday.

The best person for this role notices the little things, communicates before people have to ask, and loves making people feel taken care of.

What you’ll do

  • Open and close the SF office each day and make sure it feels clean, warm, and ready for the team.
  • Own the front desk experience: greet guests, candidates, vendors, and employees, and make people feel welcomed.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, packages, office supply orders, and the day-to-day “can you help with this?” office questions.
  • Do regular office walkthroughs and catch things before they become a problem.
  • Keep kitchens, conference rooms, common areas, storage areas, and employee spaces stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Partner with porters, cleaners, building management, lunch vendors, snack vendors, plant vendors, and other office partners to make sure work actually gets done.
  • Troubleshoot the everyday office stuff: AV, conference rooms, printers, access, supplies, coffee machines, lunch issues, and anything else that pops up.
  • Help plan and run team events, happy hours, lunches, celebrations, and the random fun things that bond the team.
  • Support onboarding logistics: seating, desk setup, access, swag, supplies, and coordination with People Ops, Recruiting, IT, and building management.
  • Support office moves, expansion projects, and workplace improvements as they come up.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in office coordination, hospitality, reception, events, customer service, or another role where you were responsible for making people feel taken care of.
  • A true owner. You notice what needs to happen, jump in, and follow through.
  • Strong organization. You have a system for recurring tasks, vendor follow-ups, supply checks, reminders, and all the little details.
  • Clear, proactive communication. People should never be left wondering where things stand.
  • Comfort being responsive on Slack and closing the loop quickly.
  • Good judgment. You know what’s urgent, what can wait, when to escalate, and how to stay calm when five things happen at once.
  • Comfort with Slack, Notion, Google Workplace, Zoom, calendars, spreadsheets, AV, printers, and basic office tech.
  • Curiosity and common sense. You ask good questions, but you also do not overthink simple solutions.
  • Low ego, high energy, and excitement about being connected to the team.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Daily lunch, snacks, and beverages
  • Flexible time off
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Wifi & cellphone stipend
