For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.
For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide therapy sessions via video conferencing
- Document progress notes and maintain client confidentiality
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed to practice in the state where you will be working
- Experience in treating substance use disorders and/or eating disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms
