Responsibilities

  • Cook up daily office operations and front-office activities
  • Professionally greet visitors and manage incoming calls and communications
  • Support accounting and project management administrative functions
  • Aid with field operations and safety-related administrative support
  • Coordinate meetings, training events, and company activities
  • Maintain organized records, files, and administrative systems
  • Support internal communication and operational coordination efforts
  • Create a professional, organized, and team-oriented office environment

Qualifications

  • An associate degree in accounting or administrative/business-related education is preferred
  • Construction industry experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • A professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
  • The ability to prioritize responsibilities and follow through with minimal oversight
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Previous administrative, office coordination, or support experience is preferred
