Responsibilities
- Cook up daily office operations and front-office activities
- Professionally greet visitors and manage incoming calls and communications
- Support accounting and project management administrative functions
- Aid with field operations and safety-related administrative support
- Coordinate meetings, training events, and company activities
- Maintain organized records, files, and administrative systems
- Support internal communication and operational coordination efforts
- Create a professional, organized, and team-oriented office environment
Qualifications
- An associate degree in accounting or administrative/business-related education is preferred
- Construction industry experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- A professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- The ability to prioritize responsibilities and follow through with minimal oversight
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Previous administrative, office coordination, or support experience is preferred
