Responsibilities
- Managing office, clinic, and program supplies
- Ordering inventory and maintaining organization throughout the building
- Restocking therapy rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces
- Observing operational issues and proactively problem-solving
- Cooking with vendors or maintenance companies when necessary
- Cooking with scheduling coordination and communication
- Aiding with administrative and operational tasks across departments
- Maintaining a welcoming, organized, and functional clinic environment
- Aiding with client communication, waitlists, paperwork, and office coordination
- Helping create and maintain systems that improve workflow and organization
Requirements

Qualifications
- Experience in office coordination, healthcare, ABA, schools, behavioral health, clinic operations, or administrative support is strongly preferred.
- An understanding of ABA or experience working within behavioral or clinical environments is a huge plus.
