Key Responsibilities
- Aid with open driving routes daily.
- Maintain monitoring of drivers and their routes.
- Complete paperwork daily.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer concerns.
- Schedule and confirm delivery teams daily.
- Map locations and provide directions effectively.
- Prepare paperwork for the following day’s routes.
- Read route sheets thoroughly to plan trips efficiently.
- Communicate with dispatch and customers as needed.
- Communicate with drivers/teams to assess route schedules and delivery timings.
- Communicate professionally with internal staff, external customers, and vendors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Pass prescreen requirements for employment.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
- Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy office setting.
- Bilingual (preferred but not required).
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Data entry and typing skills.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
