Office Clerk
About the Role
This role supports receiving operations, plant office production, and acts as a technical resource for the team. The Receiving Coordinator will review inbound waste documents and ensure all incoming waste is accurately entered into the inventory tracking system for proper management, disposal, and billing. The role ensures compliance with Clean Earth’s policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Receiving Coordinator will coordinate regularly with plant supervision to ensure safe, proper, and consistent handling of all inbound waste.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound waste from service centers, ensuring proper handling and compliance with regulations.
- Perform clerical work, including updating operating systems, making copies/scanning, and uploading documents.
- Implement safety protocols and compliance measures to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
- Perform other related duties and/or project work as required or requested.
Work Environment
Working within a plant atmosphere in the office section. Must be willing and able to abide by Clean Earth’s Core Values and Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of office work experience preferred.
Skills
- Administrative skills, including experience in administrative tasks and office management.
- Strong attention to detail in work tasks and documentation.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills and software applications.
Pay
Starting rate is $23.00 hourly.
