About the Role

Effective July 1, 2025, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit 4—and related Excluded, Exempt, and Statutory Exempt employees—to have their base salary reduced by 3% and receive 5 PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Salaries listed do not reflect this reduction. Part-time and permanent intermittent employees are subject to the same conditions on a prorated basis.

This is a limited-term position which may be extended or become permanent. Individuals eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of clerical duties requiring adaptation to various situations and judgment as to which learned work method to apply for the desired result.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Review, scan, file, and type documents.
• Carry out general office duties consistent with Health Information Management (HIM) Policies and Procedures.
