Responsibilities

  • Schedules repairs for departments and Fleet staff.
  • Invoices repairs using Fleet Management software.
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of Fleet Management records.
  • Enters fuel records and stock orders into Fleet Management software.
  • Assists with vehicle transports and parts runs (when needed).

Qualifications

  • Graduation from High School and 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of general office maintenance and practices.
  • Operates computer terminals and various software programs for word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Operates standard office equipment.
  • Basic mathematics and accounting skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Public relations skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including with city employees.
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding sensitive Fleet information.
  • Uses personnel computers to produce formal documents, reports, and records.
  • Valid Utah driver's license required.

Pay

$16.08 - $19.30 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 5 hours a day, in the mornings.
