Responsibilities
- Schedules repairs for departments and Fleet staff.
- Invoices repairs using Fleet Management software.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of Fleet Management records.
- Enters fuel records and stock orders into Fleet Management software.
- Assists with vehicle transports and parts runs (when needed).
Qualifications
- Graduation from High School and 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of general office maintenance and practices.
- Operates computer terminals and various software programs for word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Operates standard office equipment.
- Basic mathematics and accounting skills.
- Effective interpersonal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Public relations skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including with city employees.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding sensitive Fleet information.
- Uses personnel computers to produce formal documents, reports, and records.
- Valid Utah driver's license required.
Pay
$16.08 - $19.30 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule
Monday - Friday: 5 hours a day, in the mornings.
