About the role

As an Office Coordinator - Fleet, you will play a crucial role in managing the logistics and operations of the fleet department. Your responsibilities will include coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and assisting with administrative tasks related to fleet management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles are serviced on time.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and undergo regular inspections.
  • Assist with the procurement of new vehicles and equipment.
  • Manage fleet records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to fleet operations.
  • Support other departments with fleet-related requests and inquiries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Qualifications

  • Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local and state regulations regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
