Responsibilities
- Answering the phone
- Filing paperwork
- Filling out forms
- Organizing files (paper and electronic)
- Entering invoices and payments into QuickBooks
- Helping the GM or Project Manager as needed
Requirements
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and desktop QuickBooks
- Basic computer skills
- Own transportation
- Clean driving record
- Pass drug test
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (a plus)
- Accounting or Bookkeeping certification (a plus)
