Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone
  • Filing paperwork
  • Filling out forms
  • Organizing files (paper and electronic)
  • Entering invoices and payments into QuickBooks
  • Helping the GM or Project Manager as needed

Requirements

  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and desktop QuickBooks
  • Basic computer skills
  • Own transportation
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass drug test
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (a plus)
  • Accounting or Bookkeeping certification (a plus)
