Office Assistant
Summary of Job Duties
The Office Assistant provides direct administrative and operational support to the Boyer Center for Student Services (BCSS) in the College of Education and Health Professions. This position plays a key role in communications, academic staff support, and special events. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications
- Availability of working up to 20 hours per week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- One year of office experience in administrative support
- Experience using multiple databases and mail merge for printed documents and email
