Job Qualification Basic Microsoft Word & Excel Skills Wholesale shipping experience a plus Bi-Lingual in Chinese or Spanish a plus A self-motivated, detailed oriented person A team player and willing to step up & help other staff Job Details Arrange timely FedEx, UPS, & trucking pick ups & deliveries (will train) Invoice customers using OMS software (will train) Prepare daily delivery log Assist Shipping Supervisor & Sales Staff with various projects Email & File customer invoices Perform general office tasks (answering phone calls & greet walk-in customers) Employee Benefits Vacation hours Sick leaves SEP IRA retirement plan (after 3 year of service) Healthcare Expense Reimbursement (after 90 days probation period) Compensation $19 to $21 depends on work experience.
