About the role
Join the AMAZING Southwest Network Team! Provide administrative support, including answering phones, greeting members, answering questions, and assisting with requests. Administer data entry and clerical services to clinical teams to ensure efficient, quality care and timely services.
Responsibilities

- Answer and address member inquiries
- Assist with member requests
- Administer data entry and clerical services to clinical teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year prior office experience preferred; prior medical office experience strongly preferred
- At least 21 years of age
Knowledge, Ability, And Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and use of general mathematics
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to type 25 to 50 WPM (preferred)
- Competent in Microsoft Office software
- Previous experience using the HMS Scheduling System (preferred)
