Job Responsibilities
- Calling all new leads and scheduling sales appointments
- Fielding inbound calls
- Building rapport and maintaining strong customer relationships with current clients and new prospects
- Calling & following up on outstanding quotes
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems
- Greet and assist showroom visitors with product selection
- Showcase features and benefits of our window fashions product lines
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and workspace
- Help host customer events at our showroom
- Perform administrative duties necessary to support the overall business
Qualifications
- High energy on the phone
- Confidence working independently
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Outgoing personality and positive attitude
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Able to multitask and effectively manage time
- Motivated self-starter and team player
- Experience utilizing computer systems and an aptitude to quickly learn new systems
- Customer service oriented
- Professional and dependable
