Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and professional workspace.
- Sort, distribute, and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and facility-related needs.
- Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and general administrative support.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide a welcoming front office experience.
- Support meeting preparation, including room setup and refreshments as needed.
- Assist with special projects and provide administrative support to leadership and staff.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of administrative, receptionist, office assistant, or office management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to lift and move office supply boxes (up to 25 lbs.) as needed.

COMPENSATION & LOCATION
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Part-Time Temporary Assignment (6 months)
- Location: 100% onsite in downtown Austin, TX
