Office Support & Administrative Responsibilities
- Serve as a welcoming, reliable presence in the office — greeting visitors, answering the door, and managing incoming packages and deliveries
- Aid with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, restocking the kitchen, and maintaining common areas
- Coordinate and provide on-site support for scheduled notary visits and similar office needs
- Submit and track office work orders for maintenance issues
- Provide general administrative support across departments as workload and priorities evolve
- Take on additional responsibilities over time as the role grows — prior team members in this position have advanced into legal assistant, accounting/IT liaison, and real estate manager roles
- Take on other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- No college degree required — all necessary tasks and systems will be taught on the job
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a role with a constantly evolving workload
- Basic computer proficiency, with willingness to learn company-specific systems
- Takes pride in the upkeep and presentation of a shared office space
- Reliable, on-site presence Monday–Thursday required
