We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes Primary Function, Essential Functions, Knowledge Of, Ability To, Physical Requirements, Environment, Other Requirements, Qualifications. We need to map to headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each section heading. Only include sections that have real specific content. No filler. No Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless present. There's no pay, schedule, benefits mentioned. So we should not include those sections. We need to include sections like About the role (maybe from Primary Function), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Knowledge Of, Ability To, Other Requirements?), Qualifications (Qualifications), Skills (maybe from Knowledge Of/Ability To). But we must not repeat job title. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Primary Function: description of role. Could be "About the role". - Essential Functions: list of duties. Could be "Responsibilities". - Knowledge Of: list of knowledge areas. Could be "Skills" or "Requirements". Might be "Skills". - Ability To: list of abilities. Could be "Skills" as well. - Physical Requirements: could be part of "Requirements" or separate? Not a standard heading but we could include under "Requirements". However we have limited headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: - About the role: Primary Function. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions (list). - Requirements: Physical Requirements + Environment + Other Requirements? Might be "Requirements". Could include Physical Requirements, Environment, Other Requirements. - Qualifications: Qualifications bullet list. - Skills: Knowledge Of + Ability To (maybe combine). But we need to avoid duplication. Could put Knowledge Of under Skills, Ability To also under Skills. Or we could put Knowledge Of under Skills and Ability To under Requirements? But Ability To is more about ability, could be Skills. We'll decide. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details as given, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's no explicit boilerplate besides maybe "Larchmont Schools is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove it. Also "Larchmont Schools has the right to revise this job description at any time." That's legal boilerplate; remove. Also maybe "Other Functions Perform other duties as assigned." That's not boilerplate but it's generic; we should keep? It's a line but it's vague; but it's part of description. It's not boilerplate; we can keep. We need to preserve all substantive information; we should not drop "Other Functions Perform other duties as assigned." and "Assist in other school programs when necessary." Keep. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    About the role

The Office Clerk’s primary responsibility is to assist the Office Manager with the day-to-day operations of the campus. The Office Clerk supports the needs of students, employees, and volunteers and maintains a clean and courteous office environment. • Other Functions: Perform other duties as assigned; assist in other school programs when necessary.
Now Requirements section: include Physical Requirements, Environment, Other Requirements. We could have:

    Requirements

Physical Requirements: Continual speaking; frequent sitting, reaching, walking, bending, grasping and pinching; occasional lifting and carrying, squatting, twisting or kneeling.

Environment: Uneven surfaces, noise, quick work pace; required to work effectively under stressful situations and respond to the unpredictable behaviors of students; frequent use of computer screen; occasionally involves working outdoors and exposure to inclement weather; infrequently involves exposure to traffic congestion; may rarely involve exposure to biohazardous waste.

Other Requirements: Support the Mission and Vision of the School; exercise good judgment and moral character; fingerprint clearance & TB test clearance.

    But we need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For Requirements, we have lists; we could format as
      • each bullet. However the content includes semi-colon separated items; we could break into list items. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep as prose

if not a list. The instruction: "Use

        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So if we have a list, we should use

          • . For Physical Requirements, it's a list of items separated by semicolons. Could be considered a list. Similarly Environment. Other Requirements also list. Thus we can make:

            Requirements

            • Physical Requirements: Continual speaking; frequent sitting, reaching, walking, bending, grasping and pinching; occasional lifting and carrying, squatting, twisting or kneeling.
            • Environment: Uneven surfaces, noise, quick work pace; required to work effectively under stressful situations and respond to the unpredictable behaviors of students; frequent use of computer screen; occasionally involves working outdoors and exposure to inclement weather; infrequently involves exposure to traffic congestion; may rarely involve exposure to biohazardous waste.
            • Other Requirements: Support the Mission and Vision of the School; exercise good judgment and moral character; fingerprint clearance & TB test clearance.
Now Qualifications: we have bullet list with (*) markers. We'll convert to
            • .

              Qualifications

              • Bachelor’s degree (preferred); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
              • Charter School office experience (preferred)
              • Familiarity working with school-aged children
              • TB Test clearance & DOJ finger printing clearance
              • A demonstrated commitment to strong customer service, high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
              • Possess/maintain valid Adult and Child CPR/First Aid/AED certification
Now Skills: we have Knowledge Of and Ability To. Could combine into Skills section. We need to preserve all substantive information; we should not lose any. So we can create a Skills section with two sublists? But we must use
              • for any list. Could have two separate
under the heading, or combine into one list with items that contain semicolons. Better to split into two lists: Knowledge Of and Ability To. But heading is Skills; we can have two
                    under it. Thus:

                    Skills

                    Knowledge Of

                    but we cannot use

                    because only allowed headings are

for section headings. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings. It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but to be safe we can just use

for subheadings or incorporate into list items. Simpler: make one list where each item is a knowledge area, and another list for abilities. Could do:

                    Skills

                    • Knowledge Of: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style; Communicating policies and procedures; Implementing best practices; Professional skills for collaboration and teamwork with other professionals; using basic office equipment; proficiency in Microsoft suite.
                    • Ability To: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all stakeholders; Work collaboratively and professionally with the Larchmont Schools team; Follow instructions from supervisor; Ability to manage many tasks and requests at the same time, open to direction and has commitment to get the job done; Use modern technology for various responsibilities; Operate and thrive in a start-up, community environment; Manage many tasks at one time; Take direction, collaborate, and critically think through problems and propose solutions to supervisor.
That preserves all info. Now we must not include Pay, Schedule, Benefits sections because no info. Now ensure we didn't repeat job title. Not included. Now output only HTML fragment. Check for any boilerplate removed: we removed "Larchmont Schools has the right to revise this job description at any time." and "Larchmont Schools is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER." Good. Now ensure we kept all substantive info: Let's verify. Primary Function: captured in About the role paragraph. Essential Functions: we captured in Responsibilities list with 6 items covering all subpoints. Need to ensure we didn't miss any details: Let's compare. Original Essential Functions bullet points: - Manage daily communications in front office, including, but not limited to:Answer phones, answer gate, greet and assist guests;Volunteer sign in/out according to policy;Receive and distribute mail and
