About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various clerical duties. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient work environment and supporting the office's overall productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries using phone systems, ensuring professional communication at all times.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Aid with scheduling appointments and managing team members' calendars.
  • Provide clerical support, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Serve as a personal assistant to management, handling various administrative requests.
  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly manner and provide assistance as needed.
  • Perform reception duties, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in a school environment or working with children is a plus.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year of office work (Preferred)
  • Education: Associate degree or better
