Responsibilities
- Schedule members' appointments, ensure service tickets are in order
- Collect and validate insurance information
- Record no-show and appointment changes
- Create and maintain member charts
- Compile clinical information as requested
- Collect, monitor, scan, and enter data/information into the electronic health records or as assigned
- Complete reminder calls to participants regarding their appointments
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in an office clerical setting
- Medical and/or Behavioral health experience preferred
- Proficiency in typing, using computer software (EHR/EMR systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet)
- Complete all pre-employment and onboarding paperwork in a timely manner and be cleared to attend New Employee Orientation (NEO), as scheduled
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and any other required background checks
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Pay
Hourly rate: $16.00 - $17.00 DOE
