Responsibilities

  • Schedule members' appointments, ensure service tickets are in order
  • Collect and validate insurance information
  • Record no-show and appointment changes
  • Create and maintain member charts
  • Compile clinical information as requested
  • Collect, monitor, scan, and enter data/information into the electronic health records or as assigned
  • Complete reminder calls to participants regarding their appointments

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in an office clerical setting
  • Medical and/or Behavioral health experience preferred
  • Proficiency in typing, using computer software (EHR/EMR systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet)
  • Complete all pre-employment and onboarding paperwork in a timely manner and be cleared to attend New Employee Orientation (NEO), as scheduled
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and any other required background checks
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Pay

Hourly rate: $16.00 - $17.00 DOE
