Key Responsibilities
- Cook up and dispatch jobs to service technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication.
- Aid in preparing and processing invoices and billing for services rendered.
- Maintain accurate records of job assignments, technician schedules, and customer information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support the office with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and enhance customer service.
- Aid in tracking payments and following up with clients as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
- An attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
