Job Description
Comsource Management Inc., an Associa company, is currently looking for an Office Assistant to join their team in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
How will you make an impact?
- Supports the onsite General and Assistant Manager with day-to-day property operations.
- Performs clerical duties to include typing, filing, answering phones, sorting mail and general office management duties.
- Responds to homeowner’s inquiries and prepares communications/memos to homeowners.
- Ensures the property space is clean, functional and meets the standards of the Homeowners Association.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pre-Employment
- Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
Weekly Availability
Weekly availability of 20-40 hours.
